Self Love Is A Choice Of Lifestyle

Self love is reflected through the actions of one's life. To elaborate this let us hear a strory:

An old woman, with no family or relatives, sells homemade snacks to earn a living. With this money she buys food, clothing and medicines. For healthcare she drinks boiled water everyday because she knows that it will boost her immunity. She waters the few plants of the garden around her small hut. In the evening she goes to the nearest temple not because she has anything to pray for but because she enjoys her time around her Goddess. She feeds the grimy street dogs of her locality. Despite her vulnerable age, she never begs to anyone for support.

So if you ask her what self love is, she would say, " Self love is all the good things that you do for yourself and your environment."
