Sex! Love, Lust, or Necessity?

Why are you in so hurry, my dear Pankaj, let me settle. I am all yours for next seven days, 24x7.

It is easy to give excuses, try to be at my position.

Julie: What position, I know you since last three years, you are always ready and on.

Pankaj: Again you have started giving lecture. I have not come here to listen to your advice. I am on whatsapp and daily get dozens of preaching lessons with pictures of all sorts of GOD. 

Julie: So what is wrong in that GOD always gives you right way of living.

Pankaj: What do you mean? GOD never did sex and all his children like us were thrown out of sky like thunder Rain.

Julie: In our christianity, it is said that GOD's son Christ was born from Mother Mary's thigh.

Pankaj: See I am an normal GOD loving human being but not GOD fearing psycho. I don't believe in every mythological story with folded eyes.

Julie: Do you mean I am wrong.

Pankaj: I tell you darling, I respect all religions. Okay can you differentiate any human by his blood with religion. All humans have got same blood, bones, human body and sex desires. Even GOD has physical needs. If it was not so why you guys tell us story about Adam and Eve meeting in a garden and ate one Apple. (not used Apple I phone or Mac-air). This is just to tell in story the legitimate and sophisticated way that after seeing each other naked bodies, there sexual desires arose & they indulged in to sex.

Julie: Don't be so critical dear of my religion. You know I love you so do respect my religion as I respect yours.

Pankaj: I told you, I respect all religions. no way I am criticizing your's or anyone else religion. Even in our Hindu religion there are stories about brave karna born out of mother Kunti, without having any sex.

Julie: Karna was born because Kunti prayed to Lord SUN, may be for testing his manual powers.

Pankaj: Then why are you not interested in checking my manual power and take of your jeans, It is hurting mine....

Julie: Listen we are here for a week only & only for pleasure and not on any business trip. 

Pankaj interrupts darling,  officially I am on  business trip to Calcutta not on a pleasure trip to Bekal.(It is in Kerala, India)

Julie: haha, I know what type of business you would do here. So don't be so hungry. All your needs would be taken care of. Now at least don't try to change such interesting topic.

Pankaj: Okay my dear preacher, first make drinks for both of us. But be sure that this conversation would be till first round of drinks only and then we would relax and try out in the in house swimming pool. By the way needs are mutual not only mine.

Julie: Are you crazy swimming in this chilly weather?

Pankaj: Darling we are in super best sprawling villa in Vivanta by Taj - Bekal. It has got temperature controlled pool in the villa. Moreover I am there to turn the fire on in the pool.

Trin.....Trin......Julie please pick the house phone.

Julie: Yes, 

Hi Madam, I am Yash from reservation, would you mind in sending your photo id please.

Julie gives the phone to Pankaj, saying Yash from reservation is asking for photo id.

Pankaj: I had already given her id to Mr. Amit, front desk manager.

Yash: Thanks sir, sorry to bother you.

Julie: Whatever you say, One thing is sure that this Taj property is huge and best. It has got rare combination of Sea facing, Back Sea Water facing as well as river touch. I am impressed with hospitality and greenery too.

Pankaj sips his favorite Oban on the rocks and Julie her Sky vodka with fresh pineapple juice.

Julie: Okay where were we?

Pankaj: What do you mean by where? we are here only.

Julie: What I mean, where were we in our discussions.

Pankaj: Oh that is you to remember because I am still thinking for my little one.

Julie: You naughty, I am serious.

Pankaj: Fine commitment is commitment only discussions in first round. What I wished to say that Sex is important for pleasure for human kind. Otherwise sexually hungry people would make this society worse. Have you forgotten Delhi Nirbhaya kand (Episode) of 2012.

What 2012 Nirbhayas are still being repeated everywhere by sexually starved monsters. I had heard women prisoners in Syria and all are being forced into multiple inhuman sex.

Julie: What sex they are being sold in for few dollars.

Pankaj: Why to go away recently in Rohtak, Haryana some people repeated 2012, rather more brutal then that. The reason reported is that innocent girl refused the marriage proposal of her neighbor. Who kidnapped her in revenge, gang raped her with his friends. Killed her and let her mutilated body left there for the dogs to eat.

Julie: It is really shameful and painful. 

Pankaj: It is not new in this society this acts are being repeated since ages. Women are treated like a substance and an object of fulfilling sexual desires. This all bull shit may have started being treating sex as insane and forcible act. Whereas if you practically see, sex is an enjoyment activity given by Nature GOD to all creatures for having pleasure & above all for regeneration. 

Julie: I think if proper moral education for staying away from sex is given with a message for spiritual living, this problem may be solved.

Pankaj: It can not be so. Your idea of giving spiritual education was tried in history and it became a success too. But it imbalanced the Natural population cycle. People converted in to saints and avoided sex/family life. That resulted in to lowering of new child births and people devoting more time in temples by killing sex desires. This became such a phenomena that kings of that times has to build temples of Khajuraho (Famous temple of love in India), caves of Ajanta Ellora (In India) for encouraging human kind to enter in to family sexual life for continuing cycle of regeneration. The kings depicted naked sculptures of sexual poses (showing as that of GOD and GODDESS) for motivating people to enter in to family lives.

Julie: Did it happen in animal and other creatures too.

Pankaj: No they lived in and still live in natural balance. 

Julie: How come so?

Pankaj: May be that GOD has not given them brains to negotiate and trade sex. 

Julie: What do you mean by negotiation and trading in sex. Here people get married having a certified license to enjoy with partner.

Pankaj: Negotiation means that before marriage the girl's parents have to pay dowry depending upon beauty and physical figure of girl. Less the beauty or lesser the height or more fatty or lesser educated means more the dowry.

Julie: So this means men are the culprits, who demand more dowry for less attractive brides.

Pankaj: I partly agree and partly differ in this. After marriage the bride starts dictating terms. At the bed  at particular time, she gets promises from her husband in exchange of love in bed. That may be also called trading in sex.

Julie: You are now being individual in the conversation, we are talking in general.

Pankaj: Okay bottoms up, discussions over. Let us go to pool.

Julie: What is this just now you said women blackmail. Now you are not giving me any chance for extorting pressure on you.

Pankaj: See darling, as usual I would talk straight. You are not my wife to dictate and take commitments  in bed. Our relation ship is purely for mutual benefits. From last three years I am taking care of all your personal, financial and physical body needs, which your husband is not taking care of. Same way you are taking care of my physical needs for which my wife in unable to cope with. So it is pure win win situation. Now if you permit should we got to pool.

Julie: I love your crystal clear & frank nature darling.

Pankaj: Only nature nothing else.

Julie: How can it be. I love your every thing. You are taking care of me as I am your trophy wife. I would also admit it straight that you are the one who makes me complete women in bed.

Pankaj: Don't get confused now I am going to make you complete in pool first. So get a shower and make another set of drinks.

Julie: Lets us have shower together as water is precious so we should not waste it.

During the shower Julie says: Aren't you crazy for sex? If time and vigor permits you may go day and night for sex.

Pankaj: It is not so, by the grace of GOD, I have got spare time and vigor too but I have it whenever I like. I am not a sex maniac but I do enjoy it. don't you enjoy it?

Julie: Why not, I do enjoy it. To be true with you I never tried it before marriage.

Pankaj: Why?

Julie: Our mother preached in this way.

Pankaj: That is good but why after marriage with other men?

Julie: I move out only with you and GOD swear, I have not thought of any one else ever.

Pankaj: Does your husband know about us?

Julie: Yeah as he is impotent for straight sex. He is KJ type, the gay at receiving end. 

Pankaj: How can you stay with him.

Julie: I have to carry on with marriage that is what we had been taught, in our society.

Pankaj: Don't you ever feel like to have kids.

Julie: I am having three month baby in my belly, a little Pankaj only. 

Pankaj became stunned and to change topic rushed to pool. Once with glasses placed on the side with both the bodies in pool, Pankaj switches of the lights through remote.

Julie: What have you done darling, in such a dim light we may spill our drinks.

Pankaj: You silly girl, spilling drinks in pool would make it more intoxicated but we should not slip our targets. Moreover Electricity is also more important we should save it too.

Good night to you all friends. No need to wait for pool games and scenes in spacious bed room of Taj. As our story has got some unique and different message so by cutting short, let us proceed ahead with story.

Two days later well dressed Sunita gets a call from her husband mobile phone at DLF Emporia mall. Sorry I forgot to introduce you that Sunita is one & only one legal wife of our hero Pankaj.

Yeah meri jannu, meri sweety, mere Panku (calling by loving names to her husband), now you got time to call me back. You see I am feeling so lonely here in Gurgaon.

From other side of phone: Madam I am Doctor Yash calling from civil hospital Bekal and I am really really sorry to inform you that your son and his wife had met with an serious accident. 

Sunita: What bull shit you are talking my son is hardly seven years old and is in school and how can he has wife?

Doctor: I don't now Madam, both are un conscious and unable to talk.

Sunita: Don't you listen harami kutte ( a common abuse in haryanvi meaning Bastard, Dog), he can't be my son and how the bloody hell, you are calling from my husband's mobile. Are you a black mailer or terrorist or kidnapper. Tell me fast. Don't you know my brother is Assistant Police Commissioner .

Doctor: Mam control your self. These two persons brought to my hospital in un conscious state and I searched the contact list and found your number saved as MATA in this mobile. I know that in north India people call mother as MATA.

Sunita: I am Sunita wife of the Pankaj, whose mobile you are using. It seems some body had stolen his mobile as my husband is on business tour in Calcutta, how could he met with an accident in Bekal. By the way where the hell Bekal is?

Doctor: You may be right Madam because he is with a young lady seems to be his wife. I had called police then let them verify. I am sorry for making you panic. Anyways Bekal is in Kerala.

The eight year girl of Sunita, who is with her, uses her brain and asks mom: Why don't you tell Doctor to send picture of persons who met with an accident through whatsapp.

Doctor clicks and send pictures of both Pankaj and Julie by whatsapp.

Seeing the picture of Pankaj, Sunita almost faints. Her daughter Jyoti at once forwarded picture to her police officer Mamu Raman (Mamu is maternal uncle)

Raman at once calls back his sister and after hearing about accident, calls back Doctor Yash Roy at Pankaj cell.

Doctor: Condition is not so good of the man and more important is to take care of his wife, who is very serious.

Raman: I am arranging the Air Ambulance and please give the proper medical care to them.

Doctor: Sending Pankaj should not be an issue but I will not advise to send his wife to Gurgaon through air ambulance.

Raman: See doctor, I am ACP posted in Gurgaon and Pankaj is my Jeeja(Brother in law). To tell you frankly that lady in your hospital is neither my sister nor wife of Pankaj.

Doctor: I can't understand this mystery. Your brother in law is from Gurgaon met with accident in Bekal along with a lady in his arms. Now you say she is not his wife. Better you come here to take them away.

Raman: See doctor, I am also a responsible police officer. Now it is for the lives of two humans. please help them in sending here. I will take care of them. 

Doctor: Who will be responsible if something happens on the way.

Raman: I would fax you declaration for both right now over fax, what is teh name of lady?

Doctor: From her voter id we found her name as Julie.

Air Ambulance brings both the patients to Vedanta, Gurgaon. After two days Julie passes away in hospital. Two days later Pankaj gains back his consciousness. After a few days Pankaj is relieved from hospital.

Now the Indian Melodrama starts: 

Sunita who used to take oath of her husband's loyalty in society, is still mentally disturbed. She has taken the whole sky on her head and her tantrums are making the life of patient Pankaj a complete hell. Instead of getting rest at home, pankaj is thinking he should shift back to hospital.

Sunita declares she wants a divorce immediately. Raman tries to console her and advises her not to take any steps in hurry. He even did not allow the guests to visit Pankaj to save his reputation from society. Otherwise society would not keep any stones unturned to make a fun of Pankaj family, making a perfect KJ Bollywood movie. 

Forgot to tell you that Raman himself is indebted to Pankaj as he was the one who got him selected in IPS through some connection of some Mr. Patel in last Government. 

Raman is convincing his sister not only for this favor of Pankaj. But he really knows that Pankaj is a nice human being and after divorce only his foolish sister would be in problem. Pankaj with his back ground and money power would easily get another fresh wife. His arrogant sister won't even get any second hand old age husband. 

Raman also knew well that going to Court would make life of both families a hell besides destroying future of children. In which only black coat people would earn and rest all would loose money, time, future and peace.

After a lot of persuasion Sunita agrees not to go for divorce in Court. She decides  to settle out of court in Panchayat*. 

Matter comes for final hearing in front of Panch Parmeshars** the Panchayat. 

* In India, the Panchayati Raj generally refers to the system introduced by constitutional amendment in 1992, although it is based upon the traditional panchayat system of South Asia. Panchayati Raj now functions as a system of governance in which gram panchayats are the basic units of local administration

** Five Persons who heads the Panchayat and give the judgements.

In Panchayat, Sunita Prays for getting mutual divorce and demands fifty percent of all wealth of Pankaj with monthly allowance of Five Laksh Rupees.

After all pleadings and deposition of witnesses get over. Pankaj requests Panchayat to hear the matter in private, only in presence of brothers, sister in laws and parents of both families and no one else should be allowed. Which is agreed by all.

Panchayat allows Pankaj to ask questions (Cross Examination) from his wife Sunita

Pankaj: In our marriage period of last ten years, how many times I had beaten you.

Sunita: Never

Pankaj: Did I ever not given time or money to you and our kids.

Sunita: No never, you are a caring & loving father. You always went for all Parent teacher meetings, weekly movies, dinner etc.

Pankaj: How much of my money, you have spent after our marriage in last ten years.

Sunita: I did not keep any accounts so can't tell

Panchayat: Pankaj why this question is relevant it is your duty to take care of your wife financial need.

Pankaj: Agreed sir, what I meant, did I ever refused her at any point, of giving her any money.

Sunita: No never.

Pankaj: Do you know how much I earn?

Sunita: Why should I know, when you are taking care of mine & family needs.

Pankaj: Do you know how much money I spend on philanthropy or any other expenses, which I like?

Sunita: Why should I know, it is your money. When you are taking care of us, why should I bother for your extra spending, which you can afford and spend as per your own wish.

Pankaj: Did I ever not take you on holidays, whenever you liked?

Sunita: I don't have that complaint. You have always taken us for holidays whenever we liked.

Pankaj: Did you have any problem, if I went on other trips?

Sunita: I know you have business trips and fun trips with your friends. Why Should I object? Me Lord, my husband is changing the topic. My complaint is that, why he had taken other female to Bekal and slept with her?

Pankaj: Sir I would straight come to that only. Dear Sunita did you always agree to my demands of sleeping with you for pleasure.

Panchayat: Pankaj what are you asking our beti (daughter) in front of all elders.

Pankaj: Sir she is my family honor and I am responsible for keeping her dignity. But let me please complete, I promise this is important. I am also feeling shy to ask this in presence of my parents and in laws.

Panchayat after a little discussion allows him to proceed,

Sunita: I agree sometimes I had to refuse due to health or some other unavoidable reasons.

Pankaj: Okay one last question,Did I ever refused your sexual demands ever. 

Sunita: No never. You always love these acts, why would you refuse?

Pankaj: I am sorry to ask one more question because you have raised question out of my question. Did I ever ever not satisfied you or ignored you in bed?

Sunita: I already said no never.

Pankaj My dear Panch Parmeshwars, I hereby end my arguments.

Panchayat: This is a very peculiar and unique case. Pankaj and Sunita would you mind if we take all your parents and both elder brothers and sister in laws of both sides as a jury, to have their opinion. 

Both agree so now case for decision is with eight Jury members and five Judges.

Final Judgement

Out of eight Jury members only one, the mother of pankaj is supporting prayer of her daughter in law. Decision of all five Panchs  is with seven jury members of disallowing prayer of complainant Mrs. Sunita.

Husband of deceased Julie has deposed in Panchayat and admitted for his impotency and gay character. Julie had herself told him about her intimacy with Pankaj and carrying on his child in her womb. Such type of males are scars on our society.

It is placed on record that complainant Sunita does not have any problem with her husband sharing his wealth and time with anyone else at his sweet will because he is taking good care of her finances, needs and giving her time whenever required. In short complainant does not have any problem of her husband spending outside, his extra money and time.

Taking the same instance Sunita should not have any problem  with extra martial affair of her husband until he is fully satisfying her with time and fulfilling his duties as husband of satisfying her physical body needs too. 

In nut shell Pankaj is using his extra pleasure and time on his affairs, extra spared after satisfying needs of his legal wife Sunita.

Prayer of Sunita is rejected forthwith and is advised to be sincere to her husband and live peacefully onwards.

Sex is love for deceased Julie. She kept her family honor by concealing the impotence of her husband. For fulfilling her legitimate desires and motherhood, she became consensual sex partner of Pankaj.

Sex is lust of money for Sunita. Who was getting herself fully satisfied for her desires from husband Pankaj. But used extra demands of love sex by Pankaj as an extortion tool to fulfill her illegitimate synthetic demands.

Sex is necessity for Pankaj. He is fulfilling his all duties well but her wife tantrums for ignoring his love sex demands made him to search alternative therapy outside.

Ending in positive note that Sunita would get senses to be fully cooperative with her husband. Both would take care of each other & live peacefully.

*PS: I as an writer was interested to keep the girl friend of Pankaj, Julie also alive but shown her as died after accident. Thinking it may not become too much for absorbing in Indian society minds. If you wish she should be alive please write in your comments below.
