She loves me, She loves me not!

Info

WHOS NOT YOUR DADDY? ITS ME. PEEVES. I am not your father. xD

Well anyway, I just felt like writing and I've come up with this load of crap. Read if you’re bored.

As eager as I was to go to college today, a group of people clad in grey pants and shirts riding three wheelers whose colors varied between black, yellow and/or green were quiet adamant on deterring me from my goal. Yes folks, the famed auto-walas of Delhi; supposedly the only transportation medium from point A to point B or maybe Z for your convenience had suddenly decided that it was a fine morning to call it a strike.

Now any action that you or anyone else takes has a yin and a yang to it. So did the strike.

Let me list down the positives first. Just because I am a 'glass half full' guy.

ve-1 : Major reduction in the number of people driving like maniacs.

ve-2: Less chances of me getting run over by said maniacs.

ve-3: Major reduction in the XYZ gases emitted from the vehicles exhaust which may reduce the Earths tipping point by a fraction of a second. Like, are you kidding me?

Now the negatives outweigh the positives.

-ve-1: Pain to walk to the bus depot and hop on to a bus and change 2 buses and walk more than half a kilometer.

-ve-2: Less chances of that one guy in class I want to punch in the face getting run over. (Life is cruel)

But I think it was worth it. I got to see 2 bicycles run into each other and their riders having a ball fighting it out to decide whose mistake it was. A huge crowd gathered. People whistling cheering the scrawny one on.

But that’s getting too ahead of the story. Getting on with the rambling…

Where was I? Oh yeah! Swinging my backpack over my shoulder (Diesel ^_^), plugging on my headphones, I subconsciously walked towards my depot of transportation. Hopped onto a bus numbered 427 and before I knew it was asked by the TC to offload as the bus got a flat tire. Deciding that now even the DTC buses didn't want me to gain the precious knowledge that my college teachers were so generously imparting. I decided to call the day off and go for a movie.

Dawdling on through the streets, careful to walk on the gray pavement while dodging the millions of faces walking around aimlessly clicking away on their smartphones, I whipped out my Nokia 6510 Slide (Oh yes. I can feel the pang of jealousy in your heart) and aiming carefully, punched a few keys…
