The first time I had the chance of skip hire, I must say that it was one of the most enjoyable and stress-free experiences I have ever had. I had just moved into a new property and needed the rubbish removal to be done in the most timely and cost-effective way possible.
My first concern was how I was going to get a skip hire delivered to my new home, I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding a company and paying a deposit. I also didn't want to break the bank so I needed a company that could do a great deal and fit within my budget.
Well after researching the various companies in and comparing the prices, I was able to get a great deal on two skip bins for the amount I had originally planned to pay. The next thing I wanted to find out was whether the company would allow me to take advantage of the bulk waste I would be eliminating.
My first experience was that they didn't have any offers on bulk waste and they didn't want to make me pay for this. So, to make sure I wasn't ripped off I asked if I could pay an extra week for the skip hire option.
The employees were very friendly and helped me with my questions right away. I was even offered a tour of the skip bins so that I knew exactly what to expect when arriving at my home.
As soon as I arrived at my home I was greeted by two cleaners, asked where I needed to start, and taken to the skip bins that were waiting for me outside. They told me everything I needed to know about the service including how much each bin cost, they then went to work and removed the waste for me. After removing the waste I was left with three plastic containers, one with residential waste and one for commercial waste.
The residential waste was pretty easy, all I had to do was fill the bin with rubbish and push it into the truck, this was the easiest part of the process, all I needed to do was empty the waste into the bin when done. The commercial waste took a little longer as I had to go through a couple of steps before being allowed to take the bin outside.
Once the commercial waste was removed I paid the bill and was lead to a very nice clean skip bin on the road. This process certainly went by very quickly, all I needed to do was empty the rubbish into the skip bin hire anyway. The workers pushed my van to a safe location outside the city and told me it was now completely safe to remove the license plates from my vehicle.
