Introduction: This is a compilation of what I'd like to call: Micropoetry. Micropoetry because it is a combination of microbiology slides and poetry, and very short poems too. Most of the slides featured here are from Leprosy patients and their slit skin smears. 

Medium: Serous fluid, blood and skin scrapings

Stains Used: Carbolfuchsin and Methylene Blue

Magnification: 100x (Oil Immersion Objective)

Yep. all the micropoems are created by me. the slides are from the patients we receive in the lab but i do the staining and microscopic analysis in the lab. sometimes when i see a field under the microscope i get inspired by what i'm seeing, take a picture and make poems to go along with it. :)
