If you are thinking about solar power future in India then let me tell you that it is very very bright.
And why it is very bright is because it has ample numbers of advantages and very few numbers of disadvantages.
As per the Wikipedia Solar power in India is a fast developing industry. The country's solar installed capacity was 35,739 MW as of 31 August 2020.
The Indian government had an initial target of 20 GW capacity for 2022, which was achieved four years ahead of schedule.
If we talk about advantages then let me share them to you:-
1) Reduces Electricity Bills
2) Diverse Applications
3) Low Maintenance Costs
4) Solar power is clean
If we talk about disadvantages then let me share them to you:-
1) Weather Dependent
2) Solar Energy Storage is Expensive
3) Uses a Lot of Space
