Imprinted against the back of my eyelids..
For what seems like eternity..
Some dreams left unfulfilled;

May be we were too young to see the folly in our silence..
For we were both waiting for the other to come and fix what had been broken..

But we were stubborn in our silence..
Both unaware of the emptiness , the bottomless void that lay ahead..
Now that we look back , with longing..,
We try to make some repairs..
