Tennessee LLC taxes law states company formation requires one or more participants who partake in filing articles of organization with the Secretary of State. Who is a Tennessee LCC member?

A Tennessee LLC member is any person who contributes tangible or intangible property and any other benefits to the entity. The Revised LLC Act does not assign the president duties in the LLC. However, the president has the regard of an agent in the LLC.

All members and directors in both types of management should be loyal and caring to each other. Therefore, they should not involve themselves in negligence and reckless acts and violate governing guidelines intentionally. Each individual should take full responsibility for desirably discharging their duties.
