Thailand Company Registration

Info

If you have real intentions to do business in Thailand, so creating business and doing legal business in Thailand is quite simple and not difficult, especially in comparison with many other countries. Thailand is a good place to do business, not a bad place. It is a relatively free market economy and is relatively flexible. Registry of a company in Thailand can be done easily without hassles if you know the actual procedures.

The legal and tax system of Thailand is mainly the result of the United States and Europe, such as Switzerland and France. Most foreigners consider it to be fairly reasonable and easy to work.

Many people visited the Thai guru's office, feeling discouraged with requests and processes, and many left it to think that it's still not so widespread. Although it depends on what you need and wants to achieve (and of course, this site does not attempt to cover all areas and technical issues, but only links to them), it also depends on good guidelines and expert support.

The heart of successful business in Thailand is good business. As I said, I want to emphasize that the legal part must be a relatively simple part in Thailand. Do not let the tail raise the dog. It is important that your company is financially valid in relation to the product (s) and/or service you offer. The legal part is the easiest part and you have to follow it.

People often come to us afraid of bad stories, reading on the internet or hearing from others. From my 10-years experience in Thailand and from helping others, I have to say that it's usually much easier than what I read on the Internet and I hear from those who don't care if your business is really active in trying to provide products and/or services. There are two sides to each story, but sometimes the Internet is like news-bad news is eating and traveling much more than good news, and people like to complain (the lowest common denominator, the instinct of fear, keeps the cute people and attract attention)

In fact, most of the world ... and most of Thailand ... is good, not bad. Very similar to the myth "all Thai women really want their money" on the web. Get out of the false groups and find out differently.
