The brightest house

Alas,she learnt to love herself

When crafted out of the ashes

That she turned herself into

To breathe life in dead bushes...

Self respect that she had lost

Was glowing out through her heart again

Being authentic, loyal and faithful

Was her greatest pride, in this world of pretence....

Stepping out of her comfort zone

She was proud-

Proud, of being the sacrificing one

For she had loved selflessly....

Snubbed the blisters in her feet

And pain in her heart's sea

She kept going through fire 

For she had loved fiercely...

She forgave herself for the heartbreak her treacherous man gave her with "love" 

Hugging herself to sleep 

All through the night

As her tears trickle down to her faded smile

Like raindrops on barren land with no hope of life...

Woke up and saw a ray of light

In the pitch black darkness she was in

Wiping away the dried traces of her tears

She took her first step for herself...

Following the path towards hope, towards entity

She kept walking till the black was behind

Knocked the door of the brightest house;

Twas radiating its light to wherever it was dark....

The door opened, and she was welcomed 

For she was awaited to be healed

"Pull her out from the miseries not meant for her"

Were the prayers constantly vibrating in the air around....

He, the mightiest, carved out a smile

On her pretty pink lips

With a tint of sparkle

In her beauteous black eyes....

And there, The new she headed out

Filled with love, life and happiness

Cause there's no other source of unconditional love

Than a soul's parent itself....
