I see the wonders and the surprises presented so generously,
I hear new sounds and familiar voices loved dearly,
I touch and tickle the textures of the Earth within my limits,
I count, understand and know the minutes,
I think; I decipher the mysteries of this little understood world,
I taste the flavors of life, all together purled.
I sense my natural reactions and that of those around,
I interact limitlessly, unrestricted and unbound.
I question to quench my innate curiosity,
I form answers for my own self and for the society.
I affect and inflict; I endure when it's my turn,
I learn and grow with time, each pearl of wisdom earned.
I feel every tiny, little emotion gifted by Thee,
And thus I wonder who's divine, Thou or Me.
I have a disease. It's chronic, and I'm not sure how long I've had the seeds of it in me...
