The Last Piece

This shall be the last piece I must offer.

I shall put down my pen, crumple all those papers.

Throw them out to get rid of them all.

They're all nothing but just a bunch of pages

Filled with words;

Words that doesn't mean anything anymore.

This piece shall be the last.

The last one that I, as a writer, shall offer.

No more reason to write,

No more reason to rhyme.

It shall be the very last; no more another ones.

I'm done with words, I'm done with writing.

I'm giving up now. For all of these things...

Are now all for nothing.

Let this piece be the very last.

And let it die together with me.

I don't know if I'd be back or not. I should've signed off earlier than this honestly, but I still had that little light with me so I continued. But now that I don't have it anymore, I need to find myself for I feel so lost.

I don't want to continue writing when I don't have the heart to write anymore. I feel so empty; my words felt empty. I wish I could continue, but I can't. So, here I am, temporarily signing off. Thank you for everything.
