"The Power of Emotions"

        It's in human nature, that we tend to expect a lot from each other. Especially, from the ones who keep special place in our hearts. As we are well aware of the fact that too much of expectation leads to disappointment. Still, we keep expectations and therefore, end up getting disappointed.
         Nothing can be done about it, as it's in human nature. Controlling of emotions is not an easy thing to do. And expectation, I believe is an emotion too because when something is connected to our heart, it becomes an emotion. It's all interconnected.
           Nobody wants to hurt their own selves but when expectations turns into disappointments, we tend to get hurt. The more we expect is the more we get disappointed and hurt. We are in control of our emotions I feel. These emotions controls us. The only difference is that some emotions are well visible whereas some are hidden and unseen. But, we can't deny the fact that we humans are all emotional in some way or the other. It's our own expectations that disappoints us. Why do we expect so much from some people? Maybe, because they keep special place in our hearts. 'Promises' are another reason for hurt. When promises are broken, especially by our special ones , we are once again drowned into emotions and hurt.
              We humans are a beautiful creation of God, yet so sensitive and complicated. We sometimes, don't understand our own  emotions. The most difficult thing to do is to find answers to our questions within our own selves. Our mind keeps rolling and our heart keeps beating, but still we are blank..

P.S : Don't let emotions have a control over you. Being strong is the key not always but sometimes maybe.. 🌿
