THEY WERE THE WORST.

Info

VACATIONS. The most beautiful time for school going students as they know they will not have to attend those "BORING" maths lectures for a while. It was the last day of school and everyone really seemed happy except for Linda. She knew that they will return again. As they promised. Yes, as she hated her cousins she felt like stabbing them. They would visit her home every vacations and make her life more worse than hell. She had complained to her mom of Lucy, her 10 year old cousin stealing her childhood favorite toys. But as she was eldest of all her cousins she had to just let it go. Little did poor Linda know that this time the vacations had something more in store for her. Her family had planned a trip to some kind of forest you can say. As she was curious (as any other 15 year old) she googled for the place. After reading all the available information on one of the websites she decided to turn off the computer. She was just about to close the webpage, she saw a website claiming the forest to be haunted. She went on to read. She felt like telling her family not to visit that forest but something just felt weird. She would approach to her mom to talk about the stuff which she read she read but would keep quiet and leave.

Finally, the day of the trip arrived. Everyone merry but for Linda. She knew something worse is going to happen. She had read articles stating of mysterious disappearances and weird deaths on the other day. She was damned and if tried to speak about that haunted thing she knew her mom would just tell her to shut up. Sadly, she sat in their vehicle and started for their trip. Now, Linda was just kind of bored of sitting idle in that damn vehicle for almost 2 hours. Her butts had started paining. She could not talk to Stacy (her best friend) as her mom held the phone and would not give her. As for the most her mom knew she would just enter that phone-world and pay least attention to her family, least enjoying. It was 1 1/2 for them to reach their destination.

Here comes the point when the weird start to happen. They came across an accident. On further enquiries they learned that the man had been running for his life after being chased by a GHOST. Legends stated that a woman had committed suicide in the same forest after being cheated by her husband and that today her spirit haunts the forest. Linda's family did not believe in the supernatural and similar stuff. But Linda did. After reading it that day.

They finally reached their destination. Everyone busy setting up their tents and all that camping thing. Linda is too helping her mom and dad to do the same until she notices a a faint figure of a lady standing on a nearby rock. She's unable to figure it out what it was and just started of with her work again. Seems she had disappointed her. The so-called-ghost lady now started to starve for attention. She began shifting rocks for Linda's family to notice. But they did not.

As night began to cover the forest, all of the family members decided to get a good night's sleep. Everyone waved Good Night and started to walk towards their tents which were not far away from each others. As Linda walked towards her tent, she felt of being watched, being watched by dead eyes. A shiver ran down her spine, leaving her creeped out. She just ran to her tent and covered herself with a blanket, head to toe. Waking up in the middle of the night, Linda felt she was tied up, feeling paralyzed. She felt the presence of something, inhuman. Suddenly a hard wind hit her face which carried along with itself a smell of the rotting dead. She tried to look around but couldn't move. All that her eyes could see was the starry night. She feels rotten nails glide up her toes towards her face. With her heart beating out of her chest, she felt of being released. As she sat straight up, the face of a lady in her mid-40's flashed in front of her. Tears of blood, dried chapped lips bleeding, teeth like they've been never brushed, hair like those of a dead. Linda felt like she would pass out. But she survived. She survived her horrible dream. But long before she could celebrate the happiness of it being a dream, she saw her. She saw her again. The same tears of blood, bleeding dried lips. Her eyes expressed sorrow. Linda could feel that sadness in the air around her. Trembling, Linda approached the lady to ask if she was of any help to her. The lady just gave a sad look and started walking. Walking into the deep woods, leaving Linda puzzled. Linda decided to follow her, little did she know this was going to be the worst decision of her life. She followed and followed and followed until the mysterious lady made a sudden stop.

She let out a bloodcurdling scream and turned to the poor, horrified Linda. With crying tears she began telling Linda her sad story, with a voice that no human can bear. Metallic and ghostly. As horrified Linda was, she felt sad too. She just went towards the lady. To comfort her despite of her ghostly, horrifying and can kill anyone appearance. After sobbing for a few moments, the lady asked Linda that if she knew how the moments of death felt like? Linda nodded. ''Well I Do. I'll tell you how they were'' she said in the same metallic ghostly voice. ''THEY WERE THE WORST AND YOU'LL FEEL THEM TOO''. Puzzled, Linda asked ''When?''. ''Now'' said the lady, slicing of Linda's throat. Killing rest of Linda's Family....
