To that toxic yet beautiful person

Slowly but surely, I'm starting to realize things.

One, I still feel something for you.

Two, I can feel for someone but that doesn't necessarily mean that I NEED to be with that someone.

Three, I am able to stand on my own, even without your hand to hold mine.

Four, I still believe in love, and somehow, even destiny. what's meant for me will come to me no matter what.

Five, there are still other guys out there who can make me laugh, even if we don't have a romantic relationship.

Six, my friends and family will always be there to support and help me get through this; to help me get over YOU.

To that toxic yet beautiful person, I hope you're doing fine. I'm doing my best to be okay. I know this is for the best. Maybe it's true, that we're meant to be together at some point, but there came a time when that point vanished into thin air, leaving us wondering, and so we wandered off on our own, choosing our own separate paths.
