Two sisters

Two sisters, Taqwa the elder and Fatima the younger one, were playing in a room as usual  they did after their school and tuitions. They were giggling over their actions and I was not at all aware what they were playing. Their father and mother and I was sitting over there in the room. Suddenly Taqwa peed her pants and her mother grew like a monster and said many lousy words like beshawoor(mannerless), naeatsout(shy cow), maekerr Koor(filthy girl). And suddenly her mother said something that hurt taqwa the most. She said, "Look at you sister, being young she is so good and mannered, and she is asal koor( good girl)". Then their mother used a new way of comparison that was on the basis of studies and she said to her that she was worthless and could not write properly being in 1st grade and again she said "Fatima being in nursery can write better than you". Taqwa was hurt within. She did not utter a word. Then she got up and went to play with her sister again.I was sitting in a corner drawing something, I guess water.Taqwah crawled towards me and saw me drawing .She said, Why don't you draw a fish in it. I did what she said and she was looking at my drawing astonishingly and said, its beautiful. After some minutes, she took the drawing from me and started  to draw something onto it. She made excess water over the fish and said to me that," See I drowned the fish". And I was confused that how could she drown a fish in water.I left her there and got up to see what they were playing and to my surprise I saw numbers upside down written perfectly by Fatima. I called them both and told them to play their game with me. After they started, I came to know what was the exact game.Fatima challenges Taqwa to write the numbers upside down and Taqwa tried but failed every single time. Then I told them to play my game that is we will draw something and Taqwa got amazed and started even before me.  After some time, Taqwa made something very good and Fatima was still erasing and drawing. I told Taqwa that you did it very well and I was about to tell her that She did it good THAN Fatima, and suddenly I got something in my mind that Woah! I was doing the same with Fatima, what their mother did to Taqwa that is COMPARISON.

I believe a person should know what to say infront of a growing age kid. Taqwa will grow a depressed adult. If her mother would not have compared the two girls, Taqwa would have been a normal human. Everyone has their own hidden treasures and within time they will fetch it out. I wish her mother would have told that Taqwa's action was filthy instead that Taqwa is filthy. They love her but everyone deserves equal opportunity and respect. They are destroying minds of both the girls. Taqwa's by comparison and Fatima's by comparison.
Let them be what they want. They should play for fun not for competition and Don't think they don't hear you. They do and they think about it afterwards.
