Our love is as young as a newborn star
It didn't have to have a label yet
But you seem to hate how society thinks we'll not be stable
Societal pressure made you conscious and anxious all at once
Love, the thing is, people criticize what they don't understand
And it's up to us whether we'll let them push us around or not
Great relationships aren't great because they have no problems
They're great because they work together amidst all the mayhem
Society's idea of ideal relationships are like shirts in a thrift shop
It would worth more and will be loved more if it had a label
And so I came up with a conclusion that ours is not ideal at all
And its fine because it doesn't have to be
I'm already contented with the fact that you're here with me
We'll let the world know that unlabeled relationships aren't bizarre as it seems
More than friends or not, you still feel like a dream to me
Love as young as a newborn star will eventually grow with time
"I will be sure to find a man like you. Ever so caring, wise and true."
108It didn't care that it was surrounded by darkness for it was ever so proud of its light
