Don't believe them when they said, "You had your life so easy, how can you still act like a baby whining about it?"
No one had it easy; we are all created to face problems and overcome it.
And it's fine to be sad about life once in a while, because it meant that we care. Sadness isn't a weakness; it's a strong emotion only brave people can kick in. Admit that you've been clutching your chest in the dark room you've been isolating yourself in once in a while. Don't be coward to try to let those tears fall in when you know you've had enough.
We all have the tendency of becoming hurt, of becoming depressed when life pushed us down and pressed us flat. Problems are not meant to make us feel weak — they're here to mold us into a better version of ourselves.
We can deal with denials; escape from shitty places and hide in clubs and bars, dancing your soul and pouring alcohol to your stomach to let you forget the problems there is. Remember that you can be happy when you're too sad, but also remember that the problem won't go away either — it's still there. Face it and think about how you can deal with it, don't panic because everything will work out. Your decisions will reflect on how you become as a person — experience is wisdom.
Give in and cry it out, but when you're done, don't forget to stand up and continue walking so the tears and the pain would be all worth it.
