A door opens in front of me
I looked up and saw you waiting in the alter
The way through the altar was surrounded with white flowers
And all the people's eyes were in me
I feel nervous do I grip my bouquet tight
The candles were lightened
And the lights were on making everything so bright
I held your hand so smooth and warm
I close my eyes and let your love sink in me...
I then open my eyes
I'm still at the midway
Still surrounded by lots of people looking at me with their eyes full of sympathy
I look onto you
But you're still there waiting for me
So I continue walking
Until i reached you
I held your hand; dry and cold
My throat also dry but eyes all wet
After so many years
i did not imagine
That the guy who waited for me in the altar
With warm and smooth hands
Will turn out to be the same guy
Waiting for me in the middle of the aisle
Still in all white
But this time inside the white coffin
Surrounded with white flowers and lightened candles
Who's hands were dry and cold
