Today, we can see a lot of variations in yoga if we compare it with the traditional yoga style. In this article, we will talk about some intense forms of yoga which have been developed over the years.
1 – Jivamukti
The practice of Jivamukti is a vinyasa style of Hatha, in which the positions are held in fluid, vigorous and in coordination with breathing sequences. This is comparatively newer type of yoga with many currents.
