When you go to your office daily each day you think you have to complete your task with full of your honesty and with full of your efforts. If the employee does any extra expenditure for the business purpose then the company has to pay for that also. The employer can’t neglect the employee’s need for completing the task because the employer has to provide everything that their employees need for the task or the office work.

The employer always takes care of their employees, because they are an important part of their organization and their company, if the employees don’t do work, then the employer or the organization will be destroyed in just some time. The employee always respects their work and do their work with full faith that their employer always supports them, and if the employer convinces his employee that they always support them, then the employee always stands to do work without any problem and this makes the strong relationship between the employee and the employer for doing work with comfort and ease for both of them. And when this environment is built in any company then there is no space remaining for any complaint to each other.
