Which ED medication is best for you?

Info

If you have started to see erectile dysfunction drugs (Ed), you might ask questions about what the difference between them is and whether you might be better with each other. Is one better for spontaneous sex? What is the best for daily use? How much does it cost? And what are the side effects?

Many need to be considered, but once you know the fact, you will have an easier time filtering out options with your health service provider.

For starters, there are currently 4 drugs approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat ED, and they are all in the same class known as oral phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. That means they all work basically in the same way, by relaxing the muscles in the blood vessels that lead to the penis, which increases blood flow.

All PDE5 inhibitors are for ED to ride your penis artery system to work harder, said Marc Cohen, MD. He is a urologist in Sarasota, Florida, and a medical advisor in Bastion Health, who specializes in male fertility and prostate health. But because everyone's body is different - and because the roots of the causes of EDs in each person vary - the results of the drug may be different too.

In addition, the best ED medicine (buy erectile dysfunction drugs from https://italia-farmacia.com/) for your needs depends on several other things, including your existing health, the medicine you have taken and your purpose in the bedroom.

You might want a pill that kicks immediately for an impromptu romantic moment. Or maybe you prefer to have drugs that remain in your system longer and are intended to survive for weekend holidays. The side effects of each pill, which are slightly different, and the cost can also play a role for you.

This is what you and your doctor can consider when deciding whether ED medicine is a good next step, and - if so - which one might be suitable for you.

ED medicines can interact or interfere with other important recipes that you drink, including nitrates for angina. In the body, ED drugs can do the same thing as nitrate: both of them spread blood vessels. Overall, these drugs can cause your blood pressure to fall suddenly and seriously, and may cause a heart attack.

ED medicines are usually not recommended for this patient. (Talk to your doctor if you use nitrate. There are other ways to treat ED, including injections, pumps and implants.)

ED medicines should not be taken if you use recreational drugs such as amil or butyl nitrite, also known as popper, which can trigger a decrease in the same blood pressure.

Drugs Decreased Certain Blood Pressure-Like alpha-adrenergic drugs-in combination with ED drugs can reduce blood pressure, said Dr. Cohen. This can cause dizziness and sometimes fainted. Patients must be warned about this risk when using these drugs together.

If you are worried about ED statins and drugs, research shows that they can usually be used together, said Dr. Cohen. "Most statins can have a positive effect on blood vessels, including those in the penis. This can actually have a mild and beneficial impact on ED or increase the effectiveness of ED drugs. "
