Well I would go out wearing a regular tee-shirt and jeans and not putting on makeup....

Nah....I would pick up something comfy 

Looking in the mirror and wondering do I look fat,ugly,dark,not trendy ?

Well don't do that.... stop hating yourself, believe you are beautiful and you will not see any flaws

If you choose to listen to others you will always end up being sad.
