YOU CAME LIKE A FLOWING BREEZE

Pausing the strumming of guitar I found someone called my name.I looked back with astonishment ,"who can came up at this time?" It was around 5 pm and no was supposed to be in that area.

"oh,It's you Amit." I was looking suprisingly at that new boy whom I had seen before.Was curious to know but hesitantly I didn't asked.

"Hi,I am Pratik." (forwarding his hands )

"Hi,I am Shashi."(joined his hands)

"So, you know how to play guitar."

"Arey, nahi baba It's just I am a begginer.I had it's lesson for one month.I never had any sort of practice over it."

"ohk,I used to learn years back but now it's all erased from my memory."

I was listening to his answers and deep inside I was wondering why he is taking with that interest in me after all he is a stranger. Then I got a thought "does he like me?no,how's that possible we are talking for first time. How can he fall in love that easily." The way he was showing interest made me think so. but at last I gave wash to my all thoughts and tried to concentrate over our conversation.

"Did you heard my song?"

"Yes,it was good but you lost because of that music system.But don't be dishearted it was pretty good."

"Really, was it that good.I agree,if you say so."he replied with a shy smile.

I could read his shyness which brought a gentle smile over my face.I was getting some kind of hint with his such expressions but I was trying to avoid that notice,but that broke my patience and I was laughing within that brought smile.And I gave it a pause,"how can I smile.Arey it is really so silly act."I was saying that to my ownself.

"What you want to become?"he asked

"I want to become a teacher and you."

"I want to work for farmers and want to improve their conditions."

I was so serious at that answer with smile. We talked for a while and then he just picked my phone and wrote added his number. I was blank at that movement  what exactly he is doing.

Then he showed me his youtube page and survived that channel.

"Why he is that quick. Abey isey roko."I  was thinking on my own.

He said good bye and went out.

All this left me thought less.

Ringing sound of butterfly triggers again and again leaving me more restless. That first encounter,what was it meant for,filled me with excitement and giggles.

"ONE CALL AWAY",rang my phone I went to the pick and the call ended.After looking at the screen I found ah,that same boy called me up.With blank expression I said," What's with this approach?"

Started popping up. I was sure that he is interested in me and at the same time I was like why is it so. How can someone like him act this way.

I didn't wanted to call him back.

Again my phone rang ,"hello maa."I said  unknownly.

"Itne jaldi bhul gae"he said with a laugh.

"Sorry,Actually  I was expecting call from my mother. So what happened?"

"Are you coming downstairs for walk?" 

"At this time.I am going to have snacks .See you afterward. Yaa, I'll be there.Bye."

" Okay ,bye "

We all friends came together. He was with Amit. What for walk.

I feel that was my biggest mistake.I shouldn't have gone for such kind of meeting. Somewhere I was influenced by his charm which he carries within.

My girl gang we three  and his team  with Amit all started that journey. We started talking for a while. He wanted me to sing a song. And like with surety said I can sing with the worst tune.

"You can sing for us."

"Yaa,sure let me choose one."

"You can sing any song."

Begin with his sweet vocal he enchanted beautiful lyrics that paused our conversation for a while and music began floating in ears."sun marey humsafar kya tujhe etni si bhi khabar...."

"Wow! Wonderful melody " I responded 

"We reached your hostel."Amit shouted from the back.

We looked in astonishment how time fled so quickly.

Small steps with tapping sound around the corridor of hostel were showing my disinterest of going back to my room. 

I laid back on my bed looking at the dumb roof,I even felt that the roof is too asking me how did this happened.

After staying silent I went back to my work. 

For two days there wasn't much talk so I completely forgot about him. Life was all simple again
