1. Always choose love over fear. Because we know that if we choose fear we will be haunted by what ifs and should haves.

2. Help someone. Sometimes helping someone can also help you.

3. Don't just vent your problems but also vent your joys.Sometimes we are too focus on our problems we disregard what is good in our lives.

4. Closing your eyes and remembering happy memories or moments will make you smile and feel better.

5. Just by observing your thoughts and emotions can have a big impact on your day because those feelings come and go. Don't judge just observe them and see them float away.

6. Overthinking is a buzzkill. When thoughts flood in close your eyes and take a deep breath. You are not your thoughts but  You are your actions.

7. Always believe the goodness within you. You have a good heart. You are not perfect but you're a good person. Believe it.

8. Forgive. Stop blaming other people or yourself. We are a working progress. Learn from them. Accept that you have flaws. Accept that you have lapses.Always choose acceptance.

9. Make amends to the people that is important to you. Choose harmony and love above else.We only have limited time here on earth. Spend it with the people that always believes in you.

10. Time does not always heals but it helps you ease the pain. That's why time is powerful.

11. And lastly,Remember that life wants you to be happy.Yes,sometimes life throws shades and darkness but overall it will make us stronger and appreciate life more.
