Nights..! Are always adorable. The real 'You' gets exposed at nights. The Vengeance, extreme Love, Lust, Longing.. reaches their extreme point when you hear the minute sound of a leaf falling through the branches of a rough tree. Or you may cry for your him/her at the very sight of the crescent embraced by the dark clouds because You'll feel their absence beside you. Like many among a few, He too loved nights.
He dreamt of becoming an astronaut, when he was a kid as he could explore the thousands and thousands of moons and stars of this wide galaxy. Lying on his back He'd stare at the night sky where the Aircrafts would blink to show off their presence. He grew up without any sorrows. But his Physics master's teaching was good enough to make him loose his every hope of becoming an astronaut.
Again He was staring at the sky. By now he's a teen and just like every teen age boy his mind was disturbed by some lady staff and his class girls..! Nights made him to scribble. Nights drizzled some aesthetics on him. His school girls got beautified in his Haiku..!
Years rolled down.Now He's in love with a girl. His soul wasn't the same that once used to be. He ignored the nights.. The breeze.. The bats..The owls.. And even his sleep. Though he could meet her everyday, he longed to hear her voice over the phone and she too never failed to fulfil his expectations.
A drop of rain from the sky has to cross many miles and pass through several layers of clouds before it could reach your forehead. Likewise, A Love would face several hindrances before it becomes a happy ending. But few things wouldn't happen as we want it to be.. just like an unexpected fly in the coffee which you are awaiting for. She started avoiding his phone calls as she didn't wanna go against her parent's wish who were very much concerned about the society. At the same time, she didn't like to marry someone else because she loved him wholeheartedly. She decided her own destiny. With much distress she managed to leave him.She wanted to be alienated from everyone.So she got lost in an unknown land where her parents couldn't get her married. Where she could relish her love for him.. Where she could weep for him by ruminating their old times.
And him..! His soul became the one it used to be before she came into his life.. He spent his whole night under the sky staring at the stars while his heart longed for his Moon. He drenched those nights with his tears. Yet he had a little hope that he'll find her one day. He has started the journey of finding his own 'Her' through the unknown lands. The Moon communicated their emotions by changing it's color from white to red. I believe that he'd find her one day. Till then.. Let us admire the nights who has more such stories concealed within her..
