An ode to ice-cream

Dear ice cream,
You are a comfort and love,
Like the feeling of a soft cozy bed
That you want to melt in
after a painful tiring day

You are my sunshine after a snowy
chilly night
And the first showers after
I am done with sunstrokes and scorching sunlight
You are like balloon to the crying kid in me
When you are before me, there is nothing i can see
You are a bandaid to my broken heart
Staying At my side everytime my heart is splitting apart

But it has not been always, like this way

You were like a item of luxury when i was naive
Living in my own bubble ,
A bit harsh but not completely rubble
But when this adulting clawed on me
Making me bleed with its expectations,
Its heartbreaks, career, confusions, and responsibility
Probably you are that one thing
I can rely on to uplift me from deep rooted sadness
And melancholy

The best way anyone can win my heart is
With your only right support
My heart is an island
You a medium to reach there
The only boat.
I seek your refuge
At all time, season or moment of the day
And i am sorted as
You make me happy in so many amazing ways.
Uff what do i say about you any more.
When i am low
Losing all my glow
When sleep is miles away
When i don't want to see the day
When my tears won't stop
And all my feelings are thrown to rot
