Dream of every defence aspirant to crack SSB after SSB we have a physical medical test. Big day for me as I am going for my physical medical test at Institute of Aerospace Medicine, Indian Air
Force, Bangalore which will begin from 20th October.
Today people will celebrate Diwali and I am going out for the journey unlucky me. It is said that after SSB everything depends on your luck as you can't do anything after that. But still I have belief on myself and also I dont want to miss an opportunity to serve my motherland. From my very childhood I really loved this poem
Aao jhuk kar salam kare unko,
jinke hisse me ye mukam aata hai,
khusnasib hota hai wo khoon jo desh ke
kaam aata hai.
This poem my late Nana ji Colonel Rajbali Sahani told me first. As u have seen I added Colonel before his name because he always used to say Rank never retires, officer does. It was he who first cultivated the passion in me to join armed force. Also the National
emblem over two five - pointed stars have always attracted me to join defence force. Also the medals which he earned during his service Sena Medal and Visisht Sheva Medal for his work in Sri Lanka during Operation Pavan.
When I was growing older I started following Master Shifuji and his speech and poem have really touched me especially this poem which I recited during my SSB interview
"Kash meri zindgi me sarhad ki koi sham aae
kash meri zindgi mere vatan ke kaam aae
naa khauf hai maut ka naa aarzoo hai zannat ki
jab kabhi jikra ho sahido ka kash mera bhi naam
aae"
This poem gives me goosebumps whenever I hears it.
I am just two prodecure behind my dream to join Indian Airforce. Here I am adding two procedures because there are many people who have no idea about the selection procedure of Defence Forces they think after clearing SSB you are selected for IAF.They dont know even after clearing SSB and Physical medical test you are not sure about your selection as all thing is based on MERIT LIST. They think it is a cup of coffee for everyone. I have seen people making fun of me cracking SSB, they are those people who have no AUKAD to crack SSB. Forget cracking SSB they have no AUKAD to survive first day in the SSB. Because more than 80% candidates are asked to leave just after first test. In my SSB also out of 300 candidates only 56 were able to pass the first test of the SSB. And out of those 56, only I was able to crack SSB. And still few overly smart people make fun of my SSB. All I want to say to them is you have got no AUKAD to crack SSB so before targeting and making fun of me RAISE YOUR STANDARDS. First find out the selection procedure of Officers in Indian Air Force or any defence force before telling anyone HABITUAL LIARS. Selection procedure takes almost 8-9 months.
Leave I dont want to have any hatred feelings for them. They just deserves pity. Hopefully this Diwali will be the best Diwali of my life as I am inching very closer to achieve my DREAM.No matter I will be celebrating This DIWALI in flight but hopefully this would be the last diwali of me as CIVILIANS.

2. Sibblings blessings and belief- I HAVE.
3. Friends best wishes- I HAVE.
4. Rakhi sister best wishes - I HAVE.
5. Enemies/Haters baddua/curse - I HAVE.
Yay!!! I have got all Ingredients to taste victory in my Physical Medical Test. I will keep updating each day of my stay during my Medical Test. So that all parents,sibblings,friends,rakhi sister,enemies,haters will get to know whether their blessings,baddua or curse is properly working or not.
Its 1.17am I have my flight at 2am so i would love to end this by wishing each and everyone of u HAPPY DIWALI including my enemies and haters. Hopefully my RAKHI sister Tanya wishes comes true. She called me all away from ROMANIA to wish me GOOD LUCK and HAPPY DIWALI. She also told she is very sure that this DIWALI is gonna be DIWA WALI. In short she means this diwali is going to be mine. THANKS TANYA for your encouragement love u sister.
