Oh, I hate that kind of replies from any shopkeeper. And I was in a bakery with my roommate, waiting for a veg puff to fill my tummy.
As a computer science and engineering student, I had to spend most of my time in front of a computer. Yeah, yeah... I know it does not seem that much fun to sit all day long there with a computer, but guess what, a computer does anything you want from it to do! Most of my time, I used to spend on either coding, watching movies or playing games. That used to make all my day.
The day was too boring for me. After having 'not so tasty' puffs, we both returned to our shell, the room where we lived in. I had to go back to work, as always. Lots of things going in my head. There was a situation in the project that me and my two beloved teammates were working on, and I was the person who had to tackle it. But as I said, I did NOT have the mood at all. And all the options I had to keep away my boredom was to either play or watch movies.
I am, to be frank, a very nature loving person. Nature has been one of the things that make me emotional. Even though I had not have chances to go outing for a long time, that would be one of the things that I love to. And that day, I felt nature calling me to be with it. But I had no other option but to sit with my computer.
What do you think a 'really bored', 'forced to sit with a computer', 'programmer' would do? Yeah. Chatting. It was one of the things I used to do when I got bored. If you are thinking that I was chatting with my friends, you are wrong. I was chatting with 'strangers'.
"StrangerChat" is a website which allows you to connect to an online stranger and that makes a chat possible between you and that stranger. Who ever is online at StrangerChat, it connects them randomly to you and then you start chatting with that person. This was what I exactly was doing.

Me: Just getting bored. asl pls :)
(asl: age sex location; we will be complete strangers there, so to know the asl of the other person, we ask asl)
Stranger: male here. hbu?
I disconnected the chat.
Since I was looking for a girl, It was time for me to try again.
Stranger: Hi

Stranger: im fine, thank you.
Me: what are you doing?

Me: Kinda bored. So thought of making... you know, new friends.

Stranger disconnected.
Many of the times it had happened that when I revealed my asl, people used to cut the connection. I had a doubt in my mind that all western country citizens think that Indians are terrorists. LOL. But I later realized I was wrong. Thats because I didn't know that I was about to meet someone, who loved Indian culture, food, boys etc. Someone, who became really special.. really sweet and nice.

Me: Nothing great. Kinda bored. You know... Needed to fresh n up :D

This was a kind of surprise for me. To be honest, I was expecting the connection to cut off.

Stranger: I am a law student. How about you?
Me: I study computers.

Stranger: It is a show.
Me: Nice... don't you like films?
Stranger: Yeah I do.
Me: what kind of?
Stranger: mostly romantic...
I think I have less time. I will continue this tomorrow.
