Carolyne Owens Life

Halloween was always the 'family' night. All of the Family would  travel from all corners of the world to come back  home, to Owenport. 

    Someone knocked on the door.  I looked up from my computer. It was probably some of my family members. I walked to the door and opened it. 

    My Aunt was standing in the door way. "Hey Care-"  she was cut off by my phone ringing. "Hold on" I said, picking up the phone. 

    My sister sounded scared. "Miranda, what's wrong?" i asked, brushing my hair out of my face. 

    "Carolyne, I'm at the hospital, the baby is coming." she said. I gasped.  Aunt Yuri was looking at me. I looked at her. "Miranda  is having her baby" i said,  she clapped her hands. 

      "Okay, um. I will be there as soon as i can. Ok , i gotta go." I hung up.  

       "I have to get to the Hospital. Um, do you wanna come with me?" i asked, grabbing my jacket. Yuri shook her blonde curls. "Ok, well, then make yourself  at home. If anymore of the family shows up, go into the kitchen and grab a set of keys out of the drawer and show them to the rooms that have the numbers on the doors. Ok?" i asked, she nodded. 

Chapter Two

   Miranda was giving birth as i walked into the room. "Oh, gross. " i said, turning around. Miranda laughed shakily. "Here you go, Ms. Owens" the doctor said, i walked over, as the doctor handed Miranda handed her a small pink bundle. Miranda started saying something. And then she  handed me the bundle then she started gasping. I looked at the doctor. "What the hell is going on?" i asked. The doctor laughed. "she is having twins". My jaw dropped to the ground. 

   Miranda  looked at me, after the nurse had taken the babies to make sure everything ok. I stood up. "Miranda. I have to tell you something." i bit my lip. She looked at me. 

      "Well, i have considered it.-" i started to say. Miranda cut me off. "are you pregnant, Care?" she asked, staring at me. I sighed, and looked at the ground. "Maybe" i said, looking
