"Kabir, how could you this to me?" Veronica questioned this teary eyed.
"What do you mean?" Kabir fiercely answered her.
Veronica and Kabir were in love with each other from the past seven years and were dating from past one a half year. Now, Kabir wanted this nearly perfect yet ruined relationship to be called off.
Things were pitch perfect few months back but now they have changed. Kabir blamed Veronica for all this. She was a very short-tempered personality. Kabir started hating her temper and so he decided that he can't continue this relationship anymore.
"I am sorry Veronica but I can't handle this anymore. Why can't you understand?"
"Kabir, let's just give this another chance? I will change myself."
Kabir sighed, "Veronica...no..."
Veronica horribly started crying. She was completely shattered.
Theirs was a perfect relationship. Both were madly in love with each other. Lust was the latter option for them. They were the ideal couple of the school. Yeah, they are just mere students of the senior most class. In this age love doesn't happen, it is just an attraction but their case was something different from others.
"Veronica stop crying please, everybody is watching."
"One chance, please?"
Kabir ignored her and continued his work.
Veronica however tried to control herself but couldn't do so. She was broken from inside. A guy with whom she imagined her entire life now left her without giving any proper explanation. "Kabir what about those moments that we spent together? What about those promises that you made? Haan?"
"Everything is not meant to stay forever Veronica. Sorry, but this has to end. This was meant to happen. What's the big deal? We'll stay friends, right?" responded Kabir. His cold response felt like someone has stabbed a knife in her chest. She got numb. She didn't say anything further and silently turned her head away. He wasn't the one whom she loved. Kabir has changed, she thought.
On the other side, Kabir too was deeply hurt. He was totally fed up of their fights. Veronica's possessiveness made Kabir angry. He didn't like it at all. Veronica used to be his life. He loved her passionately, but something has changed him. He thought backing off will be the correct decision and it will be beneficial for both of them in the long run.
Veronica's best friend Ella didn't like Kabir at all because she thought he isn't well trustworthy. She got stunned after hearing this news of their break-up but deep inside she knew that this would happen someday. Veronica hugged her and cried horribly. Ella now wanted to punch him hard in his stomach because this was the second time Kabir has left another girl for the same reason.
