After watching Interstellar a couple of weeks back, i found myself indulging the concept of Black Holes, leaving the cinema i realized my thought process before the movie is not the same as after and the Black Hole is my new obsession, after a lot of scientific research, this is the result of endless contemplation.
The term black hole derives from the astrophysics element of massive gravitational pull, darkness in which nothing can escape or run away a simple ray of light is devoured by that very substance. It is the cause of creation and destruction a devouring of everything around in order to obtain an infinite point of singularity. Transformed into an invisible element after radiating, a cycle of death of purpose after death. But does the black hole symbolize death or on a grander scale some awe-inspiring metaphor, a devouring of a human through one single infinite moment, to be stuck till infinity in a sequence of actions due to reliving a certain moment. The creation of certain worlds in one we live in, cant it be possible that we ourselves are different universes, we are time within time itself we are infinity within a scale of infinite moments. The idea of the unknown is within itself the infinite, the things we so mysteriously leave without an answer is the creation of infinite. Photographs left to the audience to explain, historical events, conspiracy theories and a vast 5th dimensional world existing within our reach and yet so far.
The creation of us led to the concept of devouring, and although we are simply mortals we are immortals within the words we choose to write, within the creations we choose to make, within the photos we decide to snap, within the people we decide to meet. There is but only one conclusion the simple fact that we are dead stars, the moment a blood cell is oxidized is the moment a solar system dies, we are dust clouds scattered under the force of gravity, of power, your body possess a infinite moment of death that explodes in a star within mere seconds. We are the theories, we are our black holes, the creation and destruction as grand as it is, creates an everlasting fear from a moment that will haunt generations, and yet haunting as it is it provides the unfolding of the universe in a moment of singularity, to unravel the limitless bounds of space and time to live what is called the future, present and past in a moment of infinity.
In the words of Robert Coover ,“Black holes, which have no memory, are said to contain the earliest memories of the universe, and the most recent, too, while at the same time obliterating all memory by obliterating all its embodiments. Such paradoxes characterize these strange galactic monsters, for whom creation is destruction, death life, chaos order. And darkness illumination.” We owe our very existence our very creation to an element of destruction. Therefore it is possible we owe our existence in a way to ourselves, scientists presume that black holes are sealed off behind its own event horizon (singularity), but isn’t that proof that human perception is sealed off behind their current consciousness horizon
