Don't stress on it

My Sister always told me
"Nobody wants to be told about their shortcomings.
When you tell them about it...they oppose it or don't take it the right way. It makes them dislike you. "

That coupled with an amazing advice by Jay Shetty and Simon Sinek is
"Ignore the ones who are wrong.... reward the ones who are right.... the typical human behaviour of the greed of reward will change the wrong into the right"

Basically,
Relax. You can't control anybody.
If you try to, you'll just drive them away.

Press pause, press reset. Get some perspective.

Let one do what one has to. Be kind. But don't expect much in return. Let the fact that you did something good today be enough for you.
Of course if you find a friend in the process, it's all a big bonus.

Expectations hurt us more than ourselves.

I see my colleague loving his work. Even if he works 21 hours a day he won't look sleepy. But the stress he has is because the people he delegates some work to, don't do it perfectly.

Nobody can do it like you can. Nobody is as good as you in your work.
Either accept that, and settle for a peaceful mind.
Or do it yourself.
Sure you can teach the person to do it efficiently, but they'll never be perfect.
