The moon was shining
The sky was dark
I had a gun in hand
I had my mark
Dressed in black
I was dressed to kill
Loaded my weapon
As nausea crept in
I walked to the end of the door
Gave a slight knock
Got a feeling
As never before
The door squeaked open
There stood a little girl
I pushed her away
She watched her world unfurl
I lifted my colt
Aimed it at her chest
At the woman who slept
Who could've cared less
My hand trembled with uncertainty
But I was at liberty
I shook my head clear
And fired, at the person who was once dear
As the fatal metal
Pierced her heart
The little girl shrieked
It tore her apart
The woman lay dead
Her blood on the wall
Tears streamed down my cheeks
As I walked down the hall
It's the eternity of death
That haunts me till now
I'll never kill again A
nd I'll never know how
But there was a time
Once when I was in love
She broke me so bad
I lost faith in above
I had to take vengeance
I had to stop her breath
That's what I despise
It's eternal death.
