EXISTENCE

I learned that loyalty

can't ever keep a man upright.

That honesty won't ever

change a crooked plight.

That some friendships

aren't bound to last for long,

And you can't justify

anything that started wrong.

I learned that anger lets us

know if anything's unfair,

And disappointments show us

what others can never share.

That fear gives us the lesson to

confront the reality.

And pain opens our eyes

to those who really care for us truly.

That hurt goes hand in hand

when you love wholeheartedly,

That some people just ignore,

while you recognize fully.

That some happiness don't mean,

they're all definitely right,

That guilt haunts us forever;

a long, internal fight.

That impatience teaches us,

what we're irked and annoyed at.

That sadness reminds us all,

that we just need a shoulder pat.

That confrontations are sometimes,

an act of bravery,

Coz we face the issues,

not just avoid and be carefree.

That all mistakes are forgiven,

but must really be corrected,

That wrongs are all normal,

but should never be tolerated.

That hearing out is mainly different

than listening attentively,

That actions do matter,

more than the

words we say repetitively.

That some people make choices,

without taking a sideway glance.

That they may hurt others deeply,

because of that given chance.

That people say they cared,

but don't even

give you a thought,

That they won't even speak to you,

until you have them caught.

That speaking out isn't drama,

It's about letting yourself loose.

To remind insensitive people,

They don't put themselves in our

shoes.

That our beliefs are strong, but we

then come to see reality.

But our faith is much stronger,

than what we often see.

That intuitions are important, always

consider them when we think.

coz some things may change,

in a month or in a blink.

That relationships have codes,

we're bound to respect.

We should never violate them,

neither ignore or just deflect.

That first time to cheat,

is meant quite unintendedly,

but the second is already

of fool's blatant fuckery.

That apologies seem overrated,

But a sincere one's what we need

maybe.

Yes, it may not fix the bulk of

everything,

But it melts one's heart

to some degree.

That time they say,

would help us heal gradually.

But forgetting,

as always, is not a

guarantee.
