Experience or Knowledge?

" I've heard during my entire life people talking about their long experiences earned during the years, the adventures they went through and stuff of that nature. I've also seen people talking about their so much time inverted in long hours of studying, reading, trying to feed their minds with important topics of world issues, general science, Universal history and topics like that. however, neither one of them seems to success in their environment. I've seem elder people handling problems with an easy-go behavior, because it seems they have gone through worst problems in the past. I've also how people who have studied with no help, have reached high spots in a business company. However, when they change shoes they start failing. It's easy to understand why that happens, when we take a look at what many people can't look at. An excess of experience always tends to go to a disaster because it requires knowledge to be supervisor of it, too much experience without a mind equipped with knowledge is just like a big bomb shot towards no direction, and an excess of knowledge with no experience tends to be an useless amount of theory and concepts.
