In psychology, frustration is a common emotional response to opposition. This is what google says about frustration.I think everyone goes through frustration.But how do we recover from it?? Some say taking drinks can make u feel better, and some say eating and making your stomach full can make you feel better. My studies shows that there are more ways to recover your frustration like punching something,teasing people you love and praying.
But when i get frustrated i used stay silent and think something.
