Good Game

As a person who only excels in academic, I never have thought I'd fall for playing video games, find excitement in tournaments, and admire professional gamers even with little knowledge.

Don't most people who never tried it dislike the idea of immensed playing with video games and stepping on stage of tournaments? Before, I'm one of them too. I found it rubbish, paid little attention, and thought of it as something unessential like having a useless and dull weapon armed in a great war. In this cruel society, it will only allow you live blissfully for a brief moment.

Lately, I've found euphoria in reading Chinese novels in an app called Webnovel. It was fun. The stories are great. I stumbled upon this one novel in a genre of video games and see it as an unusual genre. Thus, I've added it to my library and started reading it. Damn, it was so good. Getting experiences, type of classes, leveling up, creating weapons, leading a guild, going to dungeons, killing bosses, items dropping, scrap-picking, all stars players, fighting with other guilds, championship----- things that were all new to me, I find it all interesting. I wanted to try it so badly. Attend a tournament then cheer for players. It would be really really fun.

Now, I understand why guys would ignore calls and messages from their partners to avoid distraction in playing. I know now the ecstatic feeling while playing, the distress when defeated, and elation when winning. The enthusiasm for tournaments, anticipation for championship, and unending support for favorite pro-team.

Of course, I've tried playing. Though dying seems to be my fate, I still enjoyed it. I'm not meant for video games, okay, I admit it. But I still love it! If I can't become a gamer, I'll just look for someone who will, right?

Someday, hopefully, I'd meet a pro-gamer. I'll seriously support him on all games. Seriously.
