I've learned some good lessons and I'm gonna be sharing it with you people,with examples.Kindly understand it by heart and try to follow.
And by the way its practical and my experiences prove it.
1)Decisions are never GOOD or BAD..the way we act on it or the way we proceed the decision's situation makes our decision good or bad.
Eg: A student decides to go to boarding school.She goes there,work very hard and get good report card.She learns good things and performs best in school so according to the society and also by herself she took a GOOD decision.
But if she went there,got distracted,never focussed and the final results went bad.The society and she herself would blame her decision making to go there..
So be persistent with your decision.Go on and bring a good result for your own self. :)
2)Most people tend to BLAME a particular person,a situation or even her own self for a problem.
What we really need to learn is that the things which are in our hands must be changed.But if the things are out of our hands we must not blame anyone and not even think of it.It creates negative vibes and negative thought processing.So better not think of it when it is out of our hands.
Eg.If my mother told me that she will return early from her work today to take me to my tutions but she couldn't come due as she forgot.Then I should not blame her and get disappointed.Rather I must think how can I reach my tution classes myself and IF I can't,I must leave the situation.I must not let my thoughts pound over 'oh she didn't came.' 'she nevwr takes care of me' and all that COMPLAINING nature.I must think that maybe there was really some important work and thats why she could never make it..(and then I would naturally be like 'alright this was to happen.No question of thinking about impossible) This way control your thoughts because thoughts control our whole mind :)
3)FOCUS is very hard.DISTRACTION is very easy.But the hard path takes you to the most beautiful destinations.
So focus on your aim and then nothing will make you distracted.Focus on what you are here to do rather than comforting and distracting yourself with temporary things.
Eg.If I went to a training camp.And after a month I'm bored with the same jogging,sleeping,gymming and I am willing to get some easy schedule.And so I join a bunker group where all of us manage to watch movies,eat delicious food,bunk gyms,so I'll enjoy it at first and really its also an easy path. 'The DISTRACTION part'. On the other side if still I go on, even after getting frustated with the same routine still If I focus on my work and PLANS anyhow and I manage to be strong and articulate about my plans in those moments,I will not get distracted.If I stay there,continue doing routine thing I am frustated about,even after getting disturbed and I promise myself that "I won't stop",then at last when the results will come obviously I will do better and feel proud that I tried my best.
