Yes it was that sudden. The breeze had suddenly turned cold, chilling her to her bones. And it was then that they realized that something had changed. They had grown happier with that feeling. They had risen up in whatever had just been born. She could see something as storming as the calmness itself in his eyes. Was that love? May be that was. Which had just been discovered.
She was looking at him as if was searching for the same expressions as hers. She was turning more vulnerable with each passing second. And so was he. They giggled about absolutely nothing. The winters had begun that moment or maybe it was the excitement that made them shiver. His body was heated up while hers was corpse cold. He held her hands and made her touch his warm body which comforted her like nothing else. They were smiling in a manner that seemed eternal. Nothing in the world appeared more important to them than looking at each other and smile and just keep smiling. They were everything to each other in that moment. They were romantic lovers who had lost their souls into each other and so were trying to find out their very existence in each other's eyes. They were wild birds dying to quench their desperateness, exploring the untouched corners of their touchable identities getting naughty trying to see through hands with eyes closed and drowning in the depths of their figures. They were playful kids running under the midnight blue starry cover where she flew her shirt in air and he ran to cover her up. She laughed at such cuteness wishing it to last forever. Then as they walked, jealousy echoed. Jealousy or that might've been envy which was coming from the ones who laid eyes on their togetherness in that hour of bliss. She didn't care who was staring at her bare neck or her peeping waist, all that mattered to her were his eyes. And when those looked at her she wanted to look not just beautiful as she was but pretty for once because she could see no one else but him and she could feel his warm breath and not even a single unfamiliar sigh. But to him all eyes were visible. The eyes looking at her needed to be answered and his looks were doing it perfectly well. He grabbed her by her waist showing how protective he was of her and to let people know that she was with him. She was carefree for he was there to take care of not just her body but her heart too. And so both smiling walked arms in arms to the bike and she clutched his t-shirt and they flew to their kingdom which was now the world because they knew the next sunrise would no longer be same.
