Humid

I am shapeless, I'm flowing
Life feels like me, ever growing.
Endless, maybe I am.
The Earth I fill yet the whole I can't command.
From North to South and West to East
You see me far and wide.
You make advancements on land
Yet I still have a lot of mysteries you want to find.
I am the calm in a tiring day's end
The moist within your body that you tend.
But enough with me, I guess,
For I saw her now on the coast,
Her eyes, wandering all around but turns to look at me again.
I flowed and flowed I did but then to no gain.
The waves touched her feet
And she sings a song into a beat.
A strange thought, not abandoned
Grew more intense like blue flame's heat.
For I can be hot and I can be cold
And I guess, she might be living against the current.
I watched her until she has gone,
Turned around and didn't say goodbye
Haven't I said I am the moist inside?
Then I'm in her, too, so I must not ask why.
I am the calm yet I can be the danger.
She can drown in me.
I wonder,
What then will be the sight I want to see
If one day, she disappear
Like I am when the mist is heavy, you may wonder where I can be.
I've encountered a lot of her kind,
Be it an explorer of the world I have
Or just a mere looker, just like her.

I would be here, always...
Watching me, become bitter when I fall from one's eyes
Watching me, dry out and evaporate then I still fall into land
Watching me, dance with the waves and rest for a while
Watching me,
Shapeless, I am.
