Hundred Little Ways.

You're a gem, crystal and bright

I'm the sky, starless and craving for light

I'm your greatest sin,

But you are no easy lie.

And if this thin string of a losing bond like ours,

Didn't make me refrain,

I'd tell you how you hurt me, in a hundred little ways,

only if this thin breaking string didn't Leave me refrained,

I'll let you know how hard it is for me,

To let you slip away.

Because, my love, every inch of my heart

is pulled apart,

And although I've tried telling you,

In a hundred little ways,

I don't know why it seems easier,

To shut myself with the scars

And try not to cry,

Even though my tears, danced sadly around my eyes,

Hung on my lashes,

Begging you not to see,

Why did you make this so hard for me?

And as I overlook my smiles,

And facade of skin,

I try to find a piece of you in,

Notice the one in,

The depth of my scars,

And behind my eyes,

Take a chance, and look past my lies

Because I'm unnamed darkness,

I'm an untold lie,

I'm all those unheard cries,

I'm all those chains falling apart,

the chains you never too off your heart.

I'm burning with emptiness, loud and bright

I'm the starless sky,

Trying to find the bits of my heart which you scattered,

In a hundred little ways
