I Don't Know Yet

Sadly my sleeves are not long enough
To cover my nose in the toxic relationship we have

But then again I just let out a laugh
For I didn't know how to differ infatuation from love

Seeing you from a distance

My heart races and even skips a beat

But why is it when you're near

There are empty spaces and no heat

Maybe I like you better when kept in a distance

Maybe I hate it when you get too close

Maybe I was yearning for a love that I wanted

Maybe I didn't want to give up anything or lose.
