The three words we all want to hear
But for some it's the words that they fear
Opening yourself to somebody
Hoping to be with for eternity
For some these words are a dream come true
And for some these words they would someday rue
Admitting to the person that you love them
In a world of treasure they're your only gem
These words can lead to a new world for one another
A world that's perfect or a world that's a bother
But what mattered is what they feel
Be it fake or truly real
Many react differently to this statement
Some with surprise and some with amazement
Others take it in with open arms
