If I say I love her, will she believe me?

Her strand of hair was slicked back behind her ear. She had a smile that was infectious indeed and was looking beautiful in her own way. Holding a comic in her hand and giggling all the way out to home in the metro,  she was thoroughly enjoying the falling drops of rain outside, as if she was waiting for someone to come up and say her to beat the windows and get out of the metro right there. The splashing sound of rain, her book and the enchantment inside her heart were one of the best things happened to her that day. But little did she know that she was the best thing happened to someone that day.  For someone who was partially an atheist that day he felt that maybe goddesses do exist somewhere. He thought it was a complete daydream, he didn't know how to react to it as he was taken away immediately at the point when they exchanged glances with each other, though it rested for very minutes yet that was so damn powerful, magical and extremely invincible moment that it made the time stand still. He fell in love with her eyelashes, the way she was blinking her eyes and the best part was he didn't need to miss anything as he was sitting right in front of her. In that moment, he was not able to ask, think or pretend anything because it was like, he was lost in a sweet fairytale, away from the chaos and noises of the city. In fact that day the rush and the honks of the vehicles didn't bother him much,  he found some music in that too. Though he wasn't staring at her but he also couldn't take his eyes away from her. He somewhere wanted to stop the metro and gaze at her for some more time. He thought for a while that it is all about her but such an astonishing thing that the story is ending up with his fantasies and thoughts. He didn't know about the love at first sight but he also had a 'what-if' in his mind. It wasn't like he wanted to make her fall in love with him instead he wanted to gradually feel it rather than falling. But it didn't mean that he wanted to start a conversation with her, instead he was liking the distance, silence,  peace and love in between that. Maybe a modern notion of love but some kind of connect was there that he could sense. The sense of staying, waiting, pausing the life for a little while, glancing at it in a more sweeter way as if going back into the teenage love. He felt this after so many years and he didn't want to let it go. The beauty he was surrounded by, it rarely happens and for that only reason his heart told his brain to follow his advices and maybe relax for sometime.

After sometime...

There was an announcement, it was kashmiri gate and she stood up as it was her stop and left.

But his words were  still ringing in her ears, "I admire people reading books still, don't you remember how we used to bunk classes in college just to read our favorites. By the way you still hasn't changed a bit, you are still a child full of sparkle and dream in her eyes,  if you don't mind can we meet? "

'They had love maybe they couldn't confess at that point but life is so giving sometimes that maybe one day you will come up with those three magical words and that will be ringing in your ears like it happened to her.  Well,  I just hope they realize this sooner. '

Anyone here with such kind of story in real life?
