If I'm selfishly in love, is it wrong?

If I want all of you, is it wrong?

If I want someone else, is it wrong?

If I want someone else's, is it wrong?

But all I really want...

I want someone to smile at me

Without boundaries and deception.

I want someone to not try to understand me

But just be with me.

I want someone to love me with all their heart.

I want someone who's always there

To put my pieces back

And make my parts.

But above all, I want it temporarily.

Not because I don't reciprocate,

But because I'm scared.
