The police department and the government are now being targeted very heavily.Before these arson attacks there were already dealing with a killer who already kidnapped kids of high profile politicians and police personnel and later killed them apparently .There were 3 such incidents .The crime scene of this killer was looking kind of artistic . You might question me what was artistic?. In these 3 crime scenes there were no dead body's recovered just some canvas sheets painted with the red and one piece of any clothing which the victim wore.The red was not some paint it was actually the blood of the victims.The police has no clues related to the conspirator in these 3 cases and now they are dealing with a fresh psychopath.So now the prime question was ,are these two types of crimes committed by the same person? if so in the arson attacks why weren't there any victims?
Was it a trap to distract the police ,are grey and red the same person or are we dealing with two people.
