I had nowhere to turn, had nowhere to go....
This is something, I think you need to know !!
It started with a seminar in ICG (my college)
while differentiating shower and bathing and pronouncing schedule,
I never realized that I might turn up to you ...
but there was spark that pushed me through ...!!
AND THEN , THEN what ???
After a span of week , I was waiting outside your office ,
to get myself academically counselled .
And then with every passing day,
there was a back and forth shuttle of my Activa to the same place ...
So that I can study ACCA , the course you suggested ...!!
You were taking up various projects for the students around ....
But PUBLIC SPEAKING was my Turning Point
It pulled me out of the shell I was badly stuck in..
And taught me this world is a beautiful place to settle in ...!!
One fine evening , I again caught you
but this time it was more of a personal counselling ..
A lot of tears rolled down my cheeks
and you were happy that I was struggling ...!!
You were there, whenever I needed ..
Like a family , I have always been treated ...!
Even though sometimes you don't have time ...
You still don't forget , to ask me if I'm fine ..!!
When everyone was filling me up with a noise,
which I don't know what they were talking about ..
You were the only one who saw that all I needed was a whisper ,
in a world that only shouts !!
Your thinking really opened up my mind ,
with wisdom, style and grace , you made me see..
That if I chose to seek , I would surely find ...!!
And the soul stirring part about you is ..
that this compassion, kindness and generosity ,
is not only for me ...
Its for each and every person you meet ..!!
You gently nudge your students to do their best,
with all sensitivity and insight...
You give your time, energy and talent,
to ensure brightest future for each one of them..!!
I am thankful for all that you've done.
I admire you each day , and I just want to say ....
