It was around 8:00 PM that she was looking for the file
so that she can get some information about the project to
give her first presentation tomorrow. Suddenly thunder’s
light drove the entire hall which was in the 9th floor and
the heavy sound follows that. She then sees out from the
hall through the glass window and saw rain that covers
whole city. Suddenly the light passes away and in that
dark her phone ranged and her heart horror-struck and
she lifts the phone. It was her mother who called her to
know where she was. She answered: I was struck in rain
and the roads turned into river near the office.
Immediately after the rain stops I will come. Her mother
was worried because of her daughter since it was the first
time she met with this situation in the span of 5 months
in the job.
Suddenly a sound naming Sneha is heard in that big
building, and it was none other than her boss. That was a
huge shock to her since he never spoke to her in the 5
months. Again sound came from the cabin and she came
out of shock and urged toward his cabin. He gave her 2
candles and an emergency lamp since generator went into
repair couple of days before. She took them and went out.
She was wondering why her boss was still around in the
office and she didn’t get it. And soon after that she
emerged into her work and the temperature starts falling
gradually.
Once again he called her and asked her to stay in his
cabin since the temperature in the hall is comparatively
low when compared to his closed cabin. She was pleased
with his kindness and she agreed for that. It was around
9:30 PM when she enters her boss cabin. Every time she
used to see him through the glass but never seen him that
close. And she hardly knew his face and she was very
curious to know how his face looks like. She looked at him
but he was at his table busy with some file in his hand
and she was at the corner of the room on the sofa provided
in the cabin. She went into her work back and after some
time footsteps were heard and she looked at her boss but
he was busy with his work and the door opens. Sir may I,
yes the boss told and he came with two cups of tea and he
kept one on the table and other he gave to her. She took it
and she didn’t get what was going around her. He left the
room and went down the floor i.e. 8th floor.
She was very curious to know about her boss but, he
barely bother about her and he involved in his work. She
completed her work around by 11:00 PM. She looked at her
boss and she saw him staring out through the window.
She made a voice huh huh. He looked back and asked her
whether her work had completed by approaching towards
his table. She saw his charming face with a French beard
on his face in the candle light. He asked her again as she
starts staring at him. She came out of that and told yes
sir. That’s great and don’t call me sir call me Mr. Mahesh.
He assured her that he will drop her after the rain
stops. She agreed for that they start chatting with other.
Most of the time they involved in the professional matters
regarding the job. She slowly went out of the conversation
and asked him how he got 2 cups of tea there. He smiled
and replied that he asked him to get two cups to my cabin.
She again asked him why you were here in the office as
there was no work to you. Suddenly the thunder rolled and
she wanted to move out into the rain. She looked
somewhat uneasy and he asked her whether everything
good.
She told him I like rain but my mother doesn’t allow
me to play in rain. By that time the time goes to 11:45 PM.
She rushed to the balcony and starts drenching in the
rain. He asked her to get in after 15min and gave her towel
and she was completely wet. In that candle light she looks
like an ANGEL to him in wet dress. Total room covers with
the romantic feeling with absolute silence so that they here
only there heartbeat. She asked him why you are present
in the office though you are not having any work.
Suddenly the rain flow decreases and he asked her to do
fast, I will get you to your home. She agrees to it and start
going down through the stairs. They went to cellar and he
pics his car key and he gave his phone to her so that she
can call her parents.
They got in the car and they start moving. She called
her mother and said I am coming now with my boss and I
am safe here. Within an hour I will be there. She gave his
phone to him in confusion why he gave phone to me even
without knowing her phone was off. She slowly asked him
why you gave me your phone. He simply looked at her and
smiled because your phone is off. She asked again how
you know that. He simply smiled and said I guessed. She
smiles and in that smile she looked like a beautiful women
in the world to him. They got into their life conversation
and they came to knew each other. A feeling starts in her
as the time passes and by the time she reaches her home
she was in love with him. After reaching her home she
again started asking him why…. He interrupted her and
said I’m in love with you, will you marry me. She was
shocked by his proposal and she looked to his eyes and
she kissed him and said I will. By that time her father
came out with umbrella and she leaved.
One night in her life totally changed her life thereafter.
She lived the rest of her life with him happily.
