Life is full of twists and turns. We never know what happens next and we never know how the happened would affect us.
Life is full of ups and downs. We have our shares of happiness and success, antagonising with sadness and failure. Life is complete, only with profits and losses.
Remember, we are not promised a Tomorrow.
The fear of loss can drive us insane. We tend to cover ourselves when we get hurt. But the fear of loss makes us want to curl up on the floor and makes us want to hug ourselves to embrace the evergrowing void within.
We eventually decide to never connect with anyone else. But, we fail to realize that it is the very essence of Life. To socialize and connect and share emotions with everyone around us. We tend to disconnect ourselves to prevent further hurt, rather than learning to attach and detach without harm.
Detaching is an art in itself. Only a mind that is hard and soft at the same time can understand the path to move on.
The expiration of a beloved can prove to be Life ending. It will make us want to quit. But no matter how hard you try, you will find yourself waking up the following morning. No matter how hard you try, Life wouldn't offer you a choice. You will have to learn to pick yourself up and strengthen the mind muscles and move on.
Whatever is going to happen, Life will drag you by your collar. It will never wait for you. It will never sugarcoat stuff for you. You have to accept the the things for the way they are. That is the harsh, cold, ground reality of Life.
Moving on doesn't mean you just forget everything. You can never forget their voice. You can never forget the cherishing memories you made. You cannot undo the things you've felt. They will always, infinitesimally, keep on living in our hearts.
Learning to let go will probably be the most difficult lesson Life will teach us, to each and every one of us.
